I have been asked many times to create a course, but I did not want to create any workshop or course. I wanted to make sure it aligned with my core values and my life's unconventional lifestyle. So I decided to share my world with you, bringing the Y.O.U. Lab to life: Yearning, Origin, Universe is what Y.O.U. stands for.

Who are you? Who are you now, who were you then, who will you be tomorrow? Your relationship with yourself is the most important relationship in your life. A solid self-relationship is the foundation of everything else—even altruism. Although we build our perceptions early in development and learn how to respond to things, it also develops relationships with our peers. There are tendencies about the relationship with oneself as well -How aware are you of self?
It all begins with you; it is time to call yourself in. This group is about discovering who you are in body and mind as a whole. A place to get you started in shifting things in your life. Discover new ways of gaining insight into the essential pillars of your life that keep you supported, bringing in observations of stressors for you any prescriptions you may not have known you had. Learn to meet yourself and form an outside perspective. Learn the fundamental principles of tools available to us, and find what resonates with you. For example, it wasn't until I discovered my personal formula that all my deep true desires and wishes started to fruition.
Stress is subjective — What Is Stress? Stress can be defined as any type of change that causes physical, emotional, or psychological strain. Stress is your body's response to anything that requires attention or action. Hair and skin are just one bio marker to your body communicating with you on this topic.
We will always want to grow and gain more, but have you ever really asked yourself what the perfect picture for you is, and are you truly present. Our goals and desires will change just like pages in a book as we grow older and wiser. The key to success, the key to health, and the key to true happiness are genuinely being present. Money is replaceable; time is not. So don't take your time for granted. We are always chasing for more, but have you ever really asked yourself what is "your" happy?
This is not a lifestyle exercise program; this is an awareness and an evolution of how you perceive your environment and support pillars. You are meant to grow, and this is a practice to be worked on every day for the rest of your life, and not all formulas are one size fits all. Just like when you would go to the gym, everybody has a different need and want.
If you're a genuine seeker, this workshop is a giant step toward more self-love, clearer boundaries, releasing, processing, and taking action to move towards what one wants. In addition, this group discovers the corresponding practice and instruction for putting that lesson into action in your life. And helping you to appreciate the time, after all, it is a gift (the present).
